Spiced Cranberry Brie Bites

These Spiced Cranberry Brie Bites are a delightful and easy appetizer perfect for your Christmas celebrations. Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 wedge (8 oz) Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 tbsp honey

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 16 triangles.
3. Press each triangle into the cups of a mini muffin tin to create a small pastry shell.
4. In a small bowl, mix the cranberry sauce with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
5. Spoon a teaspoon of the spiced cranberry sauce into each pastry shell.
6. Top each with a cube of Brie cheese.
7. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top of the Brie in each cup.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the Brie is melted.
9. Drizzle honey over the baked bites as soon as they come out of the oven.
10. Let cool slightly before serving warm.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
