Spiced Apple Crisp

Ingredients
6 large apples, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup gluten-free oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
3. Transfer the apple mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
4. In another bowl, mix almond flour, oats, brown sugar, melted coconut oil, and salt to create the crumble topping.
5. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apples.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
