Ingredients

1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until fully blended.
3. Arrange the pecan halves in the unbaked pie crust.
4. Pour the syrup mixture over the pecans, ensuring even distribution.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, or until the pie is set and the top is golden brown.
6. Allow the pie to cool completely on a wire rack before serving.

Storage
