S'mores Brownies

End your tailgate on a sweet note with gooey S'mores Brownies. These decadent treats combine rich chocolate, fluffy marshmallows, and crunchy graham cracker crumbs, bringing the classic campfire dessert straight to the game.

Ingredients

1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until well blended.
4. Add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder to the sugar mixture. Stir until just combined.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Pour the brownie batter over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
7. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the top.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
9. Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Storage

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a microwave for 10-15 seconds to restore gooeyness.
