Smoky Pineapple Margarita

Ingredients

2 oz mezcal
1 oz pineapple juice
0.75 oz lime juice
0.5 oz agave syrup
Pineapple wedge for garnish
Ice cubes
Salt for rimming glass

Instructions

1. Rim the glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in salt.
2. In a shaker, combine mezcal, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave syrup.
3. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve immediately.

Storage

Store any leftover cocktail mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

If you wish to enjoy it chilled again, shake with ice and strain before serving.
