Smoked Turkey Reuben Sandwich
A delectable twist on the classic Reuben, this sandwich features smoked turkey, tangy sauerkraut, and creamy Swiss cheese, all grilled to perfection on a marble rye bread.

Ingredients
8 slices of marble rye bread
1 lb smoked turkey, sliced
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
8 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Russian dressing
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat a griddle or large frying pan over medium heat.
2. Spread Russian dressing evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Layer smoked turkey, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese between two slices of bread, with the dressed sides facing inwards.
4. Butter the outside of each sandwich generously.
5. Grill sandwiches on the preheated griddle for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
6. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve hot.
Storage
Wrap sandwiches individually in aluminum foil and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
