Ingredients

3 lbs beef brisket

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over the beef brisket.
2. In the slow cooker, whisk together smoky BBQ sauce, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and beef broth.
