Ingredients
8 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced ham
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 cup chopped spinach
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Lightly grease the slow cooker with olive oil.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
3. Stir in the cheddar cheese, diced ham, bell peppers, and chopped spinach.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared slow cooker.
