Slam Dunk Sliders

Juicy mini burgers featuring tender patties, melted cheese, and zesty pickles, perfect for a halftime snack that satisfies.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
12 slider buns
6 slices American cheese, halved
12 pickle slices
1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

1. Preheat a skillet or grill over medium heat.
2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
3. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each into a small patty.
4. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until they reach desired doneness.
5. Place half a slice of cheese on each patty in the last minute of cooking to melt.
6. Toast the slider buns, cut side down, on a grill or in the skillet until golden.
7. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty and cheese on the bottom bun, adding a pickle slice, and topping with the bun lid.
8. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter for extra flavor.

Storage

Store sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat sliders in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 5-7 minutes, or until warmed through.
