Sizzling Shrimp Skewers

Juicy shrimp marinated in a spicy sriracha and lime blend, grilled to perfection for a fiery and refreshing seafood delight. These skewers are perfect for adding a kick to any meal.

Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp sriracha sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together sriracha, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread shrimp onto skewers, about 5-6 per skewer.
5. Grill shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, until shrimp are opaque and lightly charred.
6. Remove from grill and serve immediately.

Storage

Store leftover shrimp skewers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

Reheat shrimp skewers on a hot grill or in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
