Ingredients
4 fillets of white fish (such as cod or haddock)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, and oregano.
3. Place the fish fillets in the prepared baking dish and drizzle the olive oil mixture over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the fillets, then drizzle melted butter on top.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. Once done, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Storage
Allow the baked fish to cool completely, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place the fish in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until warmed through.
