Savory Turkey Tetrazzini Delight

Ingredients
12 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups cooked turkey, diced
1/2 cup peas
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
3. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
4. Stir in mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes until softened.
5. Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir continuously for 2 minutes.
6. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer and thickening slightly.
7. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese, turkey, peas, salt, and pepper.
8. Combine the sauce with cooked spaghetti and transfer to a greased baking dish.
9. Top with breadcrumbs and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
10. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F until warmed through, or microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway.
