Savory Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Ingredients

16 large cremini mushrooms
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting them aside for another use.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, pepper, and salt.
4. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture.
5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
