Instructions

1. Rinse the spinach thoroughly under cold water and remove any tough stems.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
5. Add the spinach to the skillet, cooking until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
