Ingredients

1 pre-made 9-inch pie crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups fresh spinach leaves
4 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
4. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
