Ingredients

2 cups pecan halves
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and maple syrup.
3. Add pecan halves to the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
4. Spread the pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Toast in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
6. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.

Storage

Store cooled pecans in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Reheating

To reheat, spread pecans on a baking sheet and warm in a preheated 350°F oven for 5 minutes.
