Ingredients
1 store-bought pizza dough
4 oz chorizo sausage, sliced
1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, sliced
2 large eggs
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
2. Roll out pizza dough to desired thickness and place on a baking sheet.
3. Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Evenly distribute chorizo slices and black beans over dough.
5. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over the toppings.
6. Arrange cherry tomatoes on top of cheese.
7. Crack eggs onto the pizza, spacing them evenly apart.
8. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden and eggs are set.
9. Remove from oven and top with avocado slices, green onions, and cilantro.
10. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
