Savory Slow Cooker London Broil

Ingredients

2 lbs London Broil
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together beef broth, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the London Broil for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
3. Place the seared London Broil in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is tender and flavors are infused.
5. Once cooked, remove the London Broil from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in the microwave or over low heat in a skillet until warmed through.
