Ingredients

1 lb ground spicy sausage
8 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1 cup chopped onions
2 cups cubed crusty bread
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well blended.
4. Stir in the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, bell peppers, onions, and cubed bread.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with chopped parsley and serving.

Storage
