Savory Sausage and Herb Stuffing
A timeless herb-infused sausage stuffing that combines hearty flavors of savory pork sausage, aromatic herbs, and crusty bread, perfect for holiday meals or a comforting side dish.

Ingredients
1 lb pork sausage
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
8 cups cubed day-old bread
2 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
3. Add onion and celery to the skillet and cook until softened.
4. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, cooked sausage mixture, sage, thyme, and pepper.
5. Stir in chicken broth and melted butter until well mixed.
6. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until top is golden brown.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
