Ingredients

2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Spread the drained chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel and pat them dry. Removing as much moisture as possible is essential for achieving maximum crispness.
