Ingredients

4 bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Instructions

1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
4. Reduce the heat to medium-low, add chicken broth, butter, rosemary, and garlic to the skillet.
5. Tilt the skillet and spoon the melted butter and broth over the pork chops, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
6. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until heated through.
