1 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge each chop in flour, shaking off excess.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Reduce heat to medium, add butter, garlic, and thyme, basting chops with melted butter for 2 minutes.
