Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Rub pork chops with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper on both sides.
3. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary, then apply evenly on the pork chops.
4. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Add chicken broth and butter to the skillet and spoon over the pork chops.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
