Savory Herb Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

2 lbs ground turkey
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup, divided
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, parsley, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup ketchup, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix until ingredients are well combined but do not overmix.
4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down gently to shape.
5. Spread the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Reheating

Reheat slices in the microwave on medium power for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
