Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
4. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
5. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
6. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
7. Add chicken broth to the skillet, then transfer to the oven.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
9. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce or pasta.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place meatballs in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
