Savory Herb Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
8 oz egg noodles
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
1 cup frozen peas
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
4. Stir in flour until well combined, then gradually add milk and chicken broth, whisking constantly until thickened.
5. Remove from heat and fold in tuna, peas, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix with cooked noodles.
6. Transfer mixture to a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and crushed potato chips evenly on top.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes or until heated through.
