Savory Herb Steak Marinade
A timeless marinade that enhances the natural flavors of steak with a blend of herbs and spices, perfect for grilling or pan-searing.

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 pounds steak of choice
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
2. Stir in minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme.
3. Add salt and black pepper, mixing until well combined.
4. Place steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top.
5. Seal or cover, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
6. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
7. Remove steak from marinade and grill or sear for 4-6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftover marinade in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat steak by placing it in a preheated oven at 250°F for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.
