Savory Herb Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 lb cremini mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until butter is melted.
2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until they start to brown.
4. Stir in rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
5. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until mushrooms are tender and herbs are fragrant.
6. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over mushrooms and stir well to combine.
7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, or microwave for 1-2 minutes.
