Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
2. Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over them.
3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for best results.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Remove pork chops from marinade, shaking off excess, and place on the grill.
6. Grill pork chops for 5-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
7. Remove from grill and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store any leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat pork chops in a preheated oven at 300°F for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
