Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
2. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
4. Remove pork chops from the marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Discard the remaining marinade.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
6. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat the pork chops in the oven at 325°F (165°C) for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
