Ingredients
1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme.
4. Rub the herb mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.
5. Press the breadcrumbs onto the pork, ensuring an even coating.
6. Place the pork on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Reheating
Reheat slices in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, or until warmed through.
