Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix the rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and rub the herb mixture evenly over both sides.
4. Dredge each pork chop in flour, shaking off any excess.
5. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
6. Add pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Add butter to the skillet and transfer it to the preheated oven.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
9. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place pork chops in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
