Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 large eggs
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
4. In a third dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder.
5. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
6. Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
7. Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
9. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
