Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and garlic mixture.
4. Coat the chicken evenly in the breadcrumb mixture.
5. Place the chicken in a baking dish and add chicken broth to the bottom of the dish.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
