Ingredients

1 lb lump crab meat
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1 egg
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, and green onions.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the crab mixture and gently fold to combine.
4. Shape the crab mixture into 8 patties.
5. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
6. Cook crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Storage

Store leftover crab cakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

To reheat, place crab cakes in a skillet over medium heat and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until warmed through.
