Savory Herb Chex Mix

Ingredients
3 cups Rice Chex
3 cups Corn Chex
2 cups Wheat Chex
1 cup mini pretzels
1 cup cheese crackers
1/2 cup mixed nuts
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (121°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, mini pretzels, cheese crackers, and mixed nuts.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
4. Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
5. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes, until crisp and golden brown.
6. Let the mix cool completely on the baking sheet before serving or storing.
Storage
Store the cooled Chex mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
Reheating
For best flavor, reheat a portion of the Chex mix in the oven at 300°F (149°C) for 5-10 minutes until warmed through.
