Ingredients

4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Rub olive oil all over the pork chops evenly.
3. In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and smoked paprika.
4. Sprinkle the herb mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
5. Place the seasoned pork chops in a single layer on a baking sheet.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
7. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
