Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Roll out the puff pastry dough on a lightly floured surface.
3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels.
6. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
8. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Reheating

Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
