Savory Hashbrown Casserole Delight

Ingredients
2 lbs frozen hashbrowns
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the hashbrowns, onions, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, and cream of mushroom soup.
3. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through.
