Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry

1 egg, beaten

Instructions

2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
3. Spread Dijon mustard over the pastry.
4. Layer Swiss cheese uniformly over the mustard.

8. Slice the roll into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
9. Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
