Savory Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillets
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
3. Place salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish and pour the glaze over them, ensuring they are well coated.
4. Let the salmon marinate for at least 15 minutes.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the marinated salmon and season with black pepper and sea salt.
6. Place lemon slices on top of the fillets.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
8. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
