Savory Glazed Meatloaf

Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Mix until just combined.
3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, place slices in a microwave-safe dish and heat on medium power for 1-2 minutes or until warmed through.
