Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush the garlic mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
