Savory Egg Bake

Ingredients
6 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
4. Stir in bell peppers and spinach, cooking until softened.
5. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
6. Add the cooked vegetables and shredded cheese to the egg mixture, stirring to combine.
7. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and warm slices for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
