Savory Egg and Sausage Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

1 lb breakfast sausage
8 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the sausage until browned and cooked through.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Stir in the shredded cheese and fresh spinach into the egg mixture.
5. Add the cooked sausage to the egg mixture and mix well.
6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
