Savory Crockpot Chicken and Herb Stuffing

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 packet (6 oz) herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Step 1: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, combine condensed cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, melted butter, thyme, sage, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Step 3: Add the stuffing mix, chopped celery, and onion to the bowl and stir until evenly coated.
Step 4: Pour the stuffing mixture over the chicken breasts, spreading it out to cover them completely.
Step 5: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Step 6: Serve hot and enjoy!

Storage

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in the microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes or until heated through, or reheat in the oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
