Savory Citrus Herb Steak Marinade

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 pounds of steak
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, orange juice, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes.
2. Place steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steak. Seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.
4. Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or cook to desired doneness.
5. Remove steak from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Marinate in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Store cooked steak in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, preheat oven to 250°F. Place steak on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil. Heat until warm, about 10-15 minutes.
