Savory Cheesy Ham and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cooked ham, diced
3 cups broccoli florets
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
3. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ham, sautéed broccoli mixture, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, black pepper, salt, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
5. Stir in the sharp cheddar cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
7. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter and remaining Parmesan cheese.
8. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
10. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat individual portions in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or in the oven at 350°F until heated through.
