Savory Cheeseburger Potato Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
3 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
3. Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, combining well.
5. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and milk, then add the beef mixture and mix thoroughly.
6. Layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
7. Spoon half of the beef mixture over the potatoes, then sprinkle one cup of cheddar cheese on top.
8. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, beef mixture, and finish with the remaining cheese.
9. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
10. Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat individual servings in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or in an oven-safe dish at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes until heated through.
